Abstract:
This article explores how timing affects decisions about the capital structure of family firms in South Asia. The results show that there is strong time-to-market support in the capital structure of family firms. Moreover, the financial crisis of 20XX-20XX had an unexpected positive impact on the capital structure of the South Asian family business.
