Abstract:
The article deals with the relationship of a two-dimensional measure of intra-group identification with key organizational results. The results largely supported the hypotheses, with self-investment having a significantly greater effect on the quality of the relationship with the manager, the quality of the relationship with senior management, satisfaction with the communication received, job satisfaction, and turnover intention.
