Abstract:
The article examines the impact of land fragmentation on food security in the poorest areas of Vietnams north central coast. The results show that land policies that encourage land consolidation and increase ethnic minorities access to better education and non-agricultural self-employment will help them improve their food security. Such a policy should be promoted in the study area.
