Abstract:
The article examines the aspects that mediate information and peoples perception of natural wine, as well as the reasons for the behavior of natural wine consumers in Italy (n = 501) and Spaniards (n = 527), who regularly drink wine. The results show a rather low level of information perceived by the Italian respondents and a slightly higher level among the Spanish respondents.
