Abstract:
The article examines the importance of public policies and measures, as well as the factors determining supply and demand in regional entrepreneurship in Turkey, and explains the convergence of entrepreneurship between two distinct periods, corresponding to changes in public policies and measures regarding entrepreneurship. The results show that some policies and recent measures have been instrumental in increasing entrepreneurship in regions with already higher levels of entrepreneurship, but not in regions with initially lower levels of entrepreneurship.
