Abstract:
The article presents a structural model to explain the relationship between different gender role orientations (GROs) and motivational premises leading to entrepreneurial intention (EI). The results of the analysis support the proposed structural relationship supporting the effect of GRO on EI. The study also shows that androgynous people have a higher EI than their male or female counterparts.
