Abstract:
The aim of the article is to assess the pedestrian accessibility of the urban environment from the point of view of visually impaired people, to develop a qualitative analysis based on the commented path method (CPM) to obtain subjective assessments based on practical experience of walking specific paths. The results show a greater weight of infrastructure criticality in relation to perceived interference, demonstrating consistency with the current situation in the analyzed area and increasing the validity of the studies.
