Abstract:
Based on the theory of organizational justice, the article examines the mechanisms by which the perception of treatment by non-family members (i.e., interpersonal treatment equivalent to that received by employees of the family, preferential treatment in favor of employees of family members) can shape their behavioral intentions in within the family business. The results of the study show that organizational attractiveness mediates the relationship between perceptions of interpersonal equal treatment and job intentions.
