Abstract:
The article uses network theory to deepen our understanding of how knowledge workers in developing countries can create valuable knowledge. The results show that the value of knowledge created by knowledge workers from developing countries increases with the addition of knowledge workers from developed countries, and that the size of the network negatively affects relationships.
