Abstract:
The paper presents a reinforcement learning (RL) approach for optimal scheduling of photovoltaic inverters in unbalanced distribution systems. The proposed approach uses a decentralized architecture in which photovoltaic inverters are controlled by agents that perform all computing processes locally; when communicating with the central agent, to ensure that the magnitude of the voltage in the distribution system is regulated.
