Abstract:
The article analyzes the impact of previous intrapreneurship experience as a key determinant of becoming a new entrepreneur and the role it plays in spurring startup innovation and productivity as evidenced by employment and exports, and discusses the role of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The results show that previous intrapreneurship experience plays a key role in deciding whether to participate in a start-up, and that previous experience brings higher innovation outcomes and shows a higher impact in terms of job creation and exports compared to similar start-up entrepreneurs with no experience. intrapreneurship.
