Abstract:
The article explores the post-pandemic implications of different fiscal policies (including forgone revenues and additional spending) and their combination with a carbon tax. The results show that the shocks caused by the pandemic in 20XX have slowed the economies of regions around the world, and the ongoing pandemic in 20XX will further slow down economic activity.
