Abstract:
The study aims to understand how perceives short-term missions based on the stories of the participants taking part in them in the host country. The results show that free mailings are common and there are reviews among communities and host organizations. While STMMs contribution to healthcare services was seen, there were issues with how they worked. Research has identified concerns about the language and how volunteers interacted effectively with communities.
