Abstract:
The article analyzes a system of factors that strongly influence the requirements for logistics and influence the final decision of the consumer to buy products on the Internet. The results show that order execution speed is the most important attribute. Failure to satisfactorily fulfill an order at the time of purchase can jeopardize the operation of online stores.
