Abstract:
The article analyzes the problem of constructing and optimizing a management model for a green supply chain of agricultural enterprises in the digital economy and is intended to present some ideas and directions for the development of a green supply chain management system for agricultural enterprises based on the digital economy. The results show that the average Cronbach value of each scale factor of the optimized management model in this paper is 0.876, and the optimized decision-making coordination mechanism has high internal consistency.
