Abstract:
This article presents an estimate of tropical cyclones (TCs) in forced reanalysis at 25 km and 50 km resolution, as well as a baseline and future (RCP8.5) global climate model (GCM) performed for the North American Branch of the International Coordinated Regional Mitigation Experiment climate scale (NA-CORDEX) using the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model. The results show that TC precipitation intensities are increasing in all models over the eastern Pacific, but predictions for the North Atlantic are ambiguous.
