Abstract:
This article provides an exploratory example of the compelling game Listening Space, which was designed to help attract new audiences and thus preserve the legacy of Western classical music. The results show that Listening Space appears to be the most effective for the new audience: the game facilitated more varied listening experiences in the experimental group and thus enriched their experience of attending a classical music concert.
