Abstract:
The article analyzes the factors influencing the willingness to buy American beef in South Korea in the decade after the crisis of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in 20XX. The results show that people with low risk of mad cow disease, men and conservative parties were more likely to buy American beef. In 20XX, the most important determinant of US buying intentions for beef was risk perception.
