Abstract:
The article analyzes three poorly studied issues in the literature about the overflows of entrepreneurial capital, namely, its local nature, generators and receptors of such overflows. The results demonstrate the spillover effects of entrepreneurial capital at the local level. The results also show when entrepreneurial capital was accumulated in informal business. In contrast, informal, larger and more technologically advanced establishments benefit more from these side effects.
