Abstract:
The article developed a method in the context of preserving a certain class of cultural heritage, namely the main historical buildings in a city or country. The model is estimated based on survey data using several flexible econometric specifications. It is shown that the developed methods can be used to obtain reliable estimates of the economic value of this category of buildings.
