Abstract:
The article examines the extent to which conspiracy behavior is influenced by the awareness of negative externalities. The results show that externality is realized by allowing actors to make a positive contribution to the public good if they decide to deviate from cooperation between them, that is, cooperation is collusion, since the benefit is at the expense of society. This negative externality has been found to tend to exacerbate collusion.
