Abstract:
The article uses theories of organizational readiness and strategic alignment to understand how different aspects of organizational readiness (valence change, change efficiency and contextual factors) affect PFI. The results show that the effectiveness of organizational change (including resource readiness, IT readiness, and cognitive readiness) and contextual factors (including cultural readiness, strategic readiness, and partnership readiness) positively influence FMIs. However, the moderation effect of digital technologies - a business strategy - does not find support. The results also show that FDI has a positive effect on the financial performance and stability of companies (reliability and adaptability).
