Abstract:
The article analyzes what characteristics of investors are required for the initial placement of coins. The results show that venture capitalists as well as corporate venture capitalists have a significant positive impact on initial coin offerings. In addition, reputation, turnaround times, and investor specialization have a positive effect on the initial coin offering.
