Abstract:
The article examines the problems of managers associated with digitalization. The research methodology is based on an online survey of executives to examine the relationship between selected skills and the ability to cope with specific problems. The results show that strong ability to think and act in an entrepreneurial spirit, (self) organization and IT skills, deep ability to motivate others, and high degrees of flexibility, commitment and creativity are positively associated with the ability to cope with digital challenges.
