Abstract:
This article explored the topic of Initial Coin Offering (ICO). Based on the Human Capital Theory (HCT), the importance attached to the project team and its perceived impact on the success of projects is examined. The study developed an econometric model that measures the impact of team characteristics on project success. The database was collected from two data sources and consists of 3158 profiles and 340 ICO projects. The results show that the command variables contribute significantly to the success of the project.
