Abstract:
In this paper, we investigate the corruption experience of companies located in diffirent cities and regions to determine where businesses are more likely to face corruption. The study aims to identify determinants of corruption in manufacturing and service sectors. The evidence suggests that the intensity of corruption directly depends on population density. Hence, companies in larger cities experience greater corruption.
