Abstract:
Primary and secondary prevention of rheumatism is a simple and important step in preventing further relapses of acute rheumatic fever. Improvement in echocardiographic parameters was observed at all levels of increased adherence to treatment. Therefore, along with the social determinants of health, it is necessary to take into account innovative approaches, including monitoring of patients at both low and high risk.
