Abstract:
The work is devoted to assessing the financial stability of a service sector enterprise under the influence of various factors, including a pandemic, and determining their social effectiveness. After reviewing the results of this study, you can understand the general trend of the impact of the pandemic on the cultural services sector and what ways of managing companies can be used to be more flexible to the influence of external factors.
In this study, the main methods of analysis and data collection were surveys (consumers and employees of enterprises), analysis of statistical data (profitability of enterprises, their number and dynamics of financial indicators under the influence of external factors) and the method of analyzing hierarchies. The purpose of the survey was to determine the attitude of consumers towards the museum services sector in Kazakhstan in an online format and their ratio according to various criteria.
