Abstract:
Reengineering as a cardinal form of change is the best way to adapt higher education to digital change. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the readiness of students to implement reengineering in the system of the Faculty of Psychology, as well as to analyze the application of the program in the context of the socio-economic interactions of the respondents. The diagnostics included a survey of students for satisfaction with the format of distance learning and the introduction of the Digital Transformation. Psychology program to improve the educational process. The implemented project is based on a set of Google tools, as well as trainings on the effective use of digital resources to preserve socio-economic relations between students. A repeated survey of students after 3 months of the programs functioning noted 86% of complete satisfaction with its course, which indicates the effectiveness of the implemented reengineering.
