Abstract:
The pandemic has not only changed the way of life of people, but also radically rebalanced entire sectors of the economy. Business processes were subjected to a situation where entire links of the supply chain disappeared, which destroyed the business architecture built over the years.
However, despite the fact that the pandemic dragged on for years, the business was forced to adapt to the existing conditions. If this is especially noticeable in the B2C niche, then the B2B sector, at first glance, looks indestructible, which is deceptive, and this is proved by our study.
The article demonstrates the transformational processes of B2B business during the pandemic and allows you to assess the dynamics and vectors of the industrys development. The practical results of the paper are of a universal nature, systematically describing both global and local markets.
