Abstract:
In this study, a scientific and practical analysis of modern practices in the field of using extended producer responsibility mechanisms for vehicles with a used resource, tires, oils, as well as comparison with the experience of the EU countries is carried out. The aim of the study is to assess the state of the spread of systems of extended producer responsibility for vehicles with a spent resource, tires, oils in the Russian Federation, to compare the state of Russian legislation and the legislation of the European Union, as well as to analyze the prospects for legislative regulation of the development of producer responsibility in the Russian Federation.
