Abstract:
Цель исследования – определить содержание Ser-Pro-Cys пептида в крови больных рассеянным склерозом, а также зависимость его концентрации от пола, возраста больных, длительности и клинических характеристик заболевания.
Материал и методы исследования. В исследовании приняли участие 84 (59 (70,2 %) женщин и 25 (29,8 %) мужчин) пациента с рассеянным склерозом. Возраст исследуемых был от 18 до 59 лет (средний возраст 37,40 ± 4,08 лет). Группу контроля составили 30 практически здоровых лиц.
