Abstract:
The study’s primary goal is to review and analyze the challenges of establishing an ecological translation system for foreign translations of national cultural classics. It aims to underscore the problem’s relevance and propose innovative approaches for enhancing the translation of these classics internationally. The main findings indicate that eco-translation (5 points) is more effective than the traditional academic approach (4 points) at conveying the cultural and ecological context. Key techniques include employing natural metaphors, adjusting cultural terms, and augmenting ecological imagery. The research demonstrated that the true worth of translation lies not merely in linguistic accuracy but also in its capacity to convey the intricate content, ecological awareness, and spiritual essence of the source text. Eco-translation appears to be a tool for safeguarding cultural heritage and transforms translation into a dynamic intercultural exchange. The practical value of the article stems from its comprehensive approach to preserving the cultural heritage of ethnic minority groups. The approach takes into account the ecological, spiritual, and cultural aspects of the original works, thereby creating effective tools for facilitating cross-cultural communication. The article contributes to the development of translation strategies that strengthen eco-images and cultural connotations.
