Abstract:
This study is aimed at identifying the factors influencing the form and content of digital transformation in the banking sector. In order to form the vectors of digital transformation, a methodological approach is proposed based on modeling the assessment of the impact of technological and infrastructural support for the activities of the studied banks. Statistical information on technological and infrastructural changes in the activities of 20 banks in Russia caused by digitalization in 2017-2019 was summarized. The key indicators of digital transformation have been identified by the method of principal components and a system of structural equations has been built to determine the relationship of the studied elements of digitalization of bank business processes.
