Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the tightness of the relationship between the level of remuneration and labor productivity, as well as the profitability of the company in a complex impact on production efficiency. The study was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey of subjects of various organizational and legal forms of business from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, building a dynamic model and conducting a correlation analysis of the relationship between the wages of enterprise personnel with the level of profitability and labor productivity.
