Abstract:
COVID-19 resulted in widespread closure of PreK-12 schools and universities and a rapid transition to online learning. However, students in high-needs school districts have limited access to the Internet and computers and may struggle with engaging in online learning. This study aims to determine teacher perceptions of students access to and participation in online learning and concerns about educational outcomes among different groups of learners.
