Abstract:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, resident well-being has been shown to be at risk, which may interfere with residents’ process of professional development during their educational trajectory. Therefore, we explored residents’ perceptions of their well-being as well as their perceived support of the well-being program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The well-being program for residents aimed to help residents maintain their well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.
