Abstract:
The aim of this article is to analyse the relationship between a companys local embeddedness and training intensity (measured by the number of training events and the number of training days) in times of COVID-19. We hypothesize that local embeddedness might influence training through several mechanisms, which eventually should lead to a higher level of training intensity. Each one of them has been discussed.
