Abstract:
In an attempt to produce anti-racist and culturally safe nurses, we invest our time and efforts in scientific writing on social justice, racism and cultural safety in nursing. Yet, the problem of racism did not disappear. Why? We suggest that the problem lies in the theory-practice gap. Practicing nurses and potential patients are just not reading our scholarship. This study aims to determine ways to change this situation.
