Abstract:
This qualitative study of the interprofessional supervision practice aims to identify and discuss the underlying components of interprofessional supervision, such as ideal prerequisites, qualities, relationship, the supervision session, and other professional relationships. From this data, a map was developed to guide effective interprofessional supervision practice.
