Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the possibility of transforming the world energy policy based on the analysis of the effectiveness of existing national and international systems for motivating sustainable low-carbon development of countries in the context of global warming. The study used indicators of the dynamics of carbon emissions and GDP, on the basis of which the assessment parameters and an integrated indicator of the transformation of energy policy in the context of sustainable low-carbon development were formed.
