Abstract:
We developed a statistical progression model of early Parkinsons disease that accounts for intra-individual and inter-individual variability and medication effects. The model includes eight disease states, primarily differentiated by functional impairment, tremor, bradykinesia, and neuropsychiatric measures.
Keywords:
Parkinsons disease; disease state; progression; medication effect
