Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the influence of various environmental variables in the fresh produce supply chain, such as temperature and relative humidity (RH), on the photodynamic inactivation of fruit spoilage molds. It also aimed to demonstrate proof-of-concept of their inactivation on fruit surfaces.
