Abstract:
We aimed to explore organisational strategies (i.e., organisational processes, awareness and engagement, mentoring and networking, leadership development, and support tools) for advancing women in leadership in healthcare. The investigation encompassed academia, health, government, sports, hospitality, finance and information technology sectors.
