Abstract:
The study explores the sociodemographic inequalities in access to palliative care across multiple domains of access (i.e., Approachability, Acceptability, Availability, Affordability, and Appropriateness) and how these inequalities affect policy-making and clinical practice. Data were analyzed using critical synthesis within the context of a health care accessibility conceptual framework.
