Abstract:
The article explored how gender can influence their perceptions of both diversity management and organizational integration. The results show that, compared to their male counterparts, female nurses respond more positively to diversity management practices. In addition, there were no significant statistical differences in the mean scores of female and male nurses regarding their perceptions of organizational inclusiveness.
