Abstract:
The article analyzes the problem of choosing a fuel for cooking in developing countries. The results show that the subjective probabilistic expectations of illness from the use of dirty fuel are negatively and to a large extent related to the proportion of days of use of dirty fuel in households. At the same time, consumption of dirty fuel and self-assessment of the health status of a sick person also significantly correlate.
