Abstract:
This study tested the efficacy of the FEAR model of cognitive behavioural therapy (Beidas et al. 2008) in treating test anxiety in students. We adopted a randomized pretest-posttest trial experimental design. In addition, we provided explanations about the underlying mechanisms of test anxiety reduction in the studied group.
