Abstract:
The development of educational technology has encouraged music educators to consider different ways to teach music online. However, this change may need an online platform to support teachers when the size of the class is large. This paper aims to address two research questions. The first question is to determine the learning experiences of students and to understand their needs to support Web-based learning. The second question is to study the key technologies required for a Web-based music teaching system. In this paper, we try to determine the best ways to motivate students to study music and to make music teaching experiences more accessible, engaging, and fun for students.
