Abstract:
The article analyzes the problem of household spending on education. The results show that the geographical location of states is as important as income in education, and household spending is a decisive factor in achieving the level of education. Given the dramatic differences between states in educational input and output, a differentiated approach is essential when developing policies to overcome the perpetual educational backwardness in different states.
